If you buy a car with a tracker system installed and the origional owner paid the one off lifetime subscripton, can the next owner just do a change of ownership or will he have to pay anything extra ?

The 'Lifetime Subscription' is for as long as you own the car.

When I bought my car, I had to pay a £30 admin fee, and also I had to pay the subscription as well, either £99 a year or £299 for a lifetime subscription for me.

The wording is "For as long as YOU own the car".

 

subscription is for owner of the car only so buyer beware
