Programming Keyfobs
#1
Hi Guys
I have 3 keyfobs for my Sigma alarm, 2 of these work fine but the third needs to be setup to work.
How can this be done so that all 3 fobs will operate?
Many thanks
John

I bought my scoob with 2 fobs, i thought they would just need new batterys but when i took it to an alarm place they said they were one water damaged and the other had dry joints.
So i phoned the maker of the alarm an stated the number inside the fob and they sent me a new one that cost £40. bit much but it worked staight from the packet.

Probably nothing to do with damage, the fobs need to be keyed into the alarm, you need to use the keypad for this you enter a series of numbers which includes the number of fobs to be programmed and then you press the button on each fob and a beep is heard.
I'll look inthe manual tonight and post again.
Cheers

Got the info now but I'm damned if I know the 4 digit serial to input! Dunno whether it's been changed from factory default. What is the factory default, anyone know?

Factory default is different for each alarm.
If you have the alarm manual, look in the back, they sometimes stick the pin code in there.
The pincode should be on a sticky silver tab about 2cm x 1cm somewhere in your documentation. Failing that, you'll probably have to go back to your dealer to see if they can find out what it is.
