can't find the connectors under the steering column to perform an ECU reset, so tried to disconnect the battery instead.

however, the alarm goes off!
the alarm is a sigma unit.

any ideas?

try putting the alarm in valet mode. this is done by switching the ign on and holding down the remote button until the led flashes twice normal after about 15 seconds
