Hi

Does anyone have instructions/pictures of how a lock motor is fitted to the drivers door of a MY95 so I can add central locking to my car? I'm fine with the wiring, I just need to see where to fit it and what to attach it to.

Thanks
Matthew

Once you've opened the driver's door up, you'll notice a rod from the lock switch in the door handle which goes horizontally to the rear end of the door where it is clipped to a mechanism which transfers it's push/pull action to a vertical rod. Mount the lock motor in the bottom corner of the door pointing vertically upward and connect the metal rod in the kit with your motor to the plunger on the motor and clamp it to the vertical subaru rod so that your motor is able to push and pull on this rod.
