RAC Trackstar - How does it disarm?

If you have the RAC Trackstar system installed, how does it know that it the correct person driving it and disarm itself?
Navtrak has the card that you touch to the doofer - is the RAC system similar?

It's a complex procedure to interface the Trackstar to the vehicle & there are several different protocols used. Suffice to say this is a security issue and shouldn't be discussed at any lenghth on a public forum ! Any points which are relevant and not written in your user guide should be explained in detail by the installation engineer. Regards, Nick.

You seem to have good knowledge of the product, maybe we could discuss further off the bbs?
I don't have the tracker at the moment, looking into different products but there are few things that 'bother' me about this product.
