Hi.... I have a subaru 56 plate .... so the story goes....I suddenly couldn't lock the car with button on remote, so just puy key on and locked it that way. Went to use the car, could not unlock it, put the key in to unlock, however car would not even turn over....after a long two days I got the code to put in ( from subaru dealer) this being put in twice has been allowing me to deactivate the alarm etc and drive the car.....however I need my central locking key doing this for me as the key pad is short term answer. Yes I changed batteries and had a lock smith out to tell me the key is fine 😣 confused.com!!

i had the same so i bought a new fob and programed it and works fine, i think the fobs just f@@k up,
