Default Sigma fault

I'm hoping someone out their can help
When trying to get in to the car I'm standing there like a numpty pressing the button, while holding the key near the mirror
So I changed the battery thinking its that but no its still the same...... now I should say that once you start the car for a few minutes and turn it off the key works perfectly locks and unlocks go back 15 minutes later same thing stand there pressing the button
I've tryed the key pad that I know did work but now it just flashes and nothing happens
Does anyone have a answer to this

I tryed it this morning and again nothing so I took the key apart and held the circuit board against the battery and pushed the silver button on the board and unlocked and locked several times put it all back together and it still worked
Repaired a snapped bolt and went to lock it nothing for about 5 or 6 presses then it locked and unlocked I'm hoping it's just somthing stupid because it is doing my nut in
