Hi,

I've just been on the phone to Town and county in Perth (where I bought the car from, I stay in Paisley though) about getting my car serviced, and they charge about £400!

Anybody no somewhere cheaper? and preferably closer, apparently it's an all day job.

Cheers,
Crawford

Not much help I'm afraid but my Local Dealer (Nobles in Penicuik) charge £381.48 for the 60k service. Not convinced about the all day aspect as that would cost around £400 in labour alone!

Cheers

Sorry

Meant to say for the 45k one (ScoSaltire) the same garage charge £351.93 (not too bad for a cambelt change as well)

Cheers

Thanks guys,

Looks like it's pretty starndard pricing then.

Anyone have any idea what's the best oil I should use for my service?

Try

Falklands Performance
AWD Motorsport
MV Turbos

in Fife also.
I haven't had any experience of them yet, although the last service done on the Scoob I picked up last week was done at AWD.
