I'll be there, leaving the motor at home though, riding shotgun with me mate in his newly-tuned Focus! ...but you already knew that didn't you?!

A wee update for those going along to the crail max power cruise on saturday from 3pm-10pm.
I've been speaking to the organisers & heres whats in store in the evening....
Miss Wet Thrash....water hose & wet T-shirts (leave the rest to your imagination )
Front & rear wheel drive burn-out competition on the drifting oval.Winners will receive a tyre voucher prize...cos they'll need new ones
Then a four wheel drive donut competition, limited to 5 entrants, one place spoken for by me .Best performance & smouldering tyres wins a £50 voucher to spend on goodies at AWD.
Then to finish off the evening, theyre gonna fire up the jet car...but first theyre gonna park a transit right behind it, then blow it across the airfield

Sounds like fun

yeah, the jet car was fantastic! Nice morning for it - although it got a bit chilly in the afternoon!

Was looking at the Impreza's that were about the place - some well nice cars! Would have loved a passenger seat ride up the track but didn't know who any of you's were.

My Golf handled great all the way from Aberdeen to Crail and back after fitting my new alloys & springs - doesn't roll about as much as it used to!!

Might take it out on the track next time... just a bit too busy today for a 1st time efort!!
