Default exhaust needed 2001 bugeye

looking for an exhaust system to replace the standard system on my mates 2001 bugeye,prefer a cat bypass and back box,anything considered,cheers

Have a view on SIDC. Guy on there user name Scotsman selling a couple of bugeye back boxes.

Mind the cat bypass if the car isn't getting mapped as well...

hi mate ive just taken one off and replaced with a vortex so i have a backbox and the section that it fits into which dont have the cat.dont know what make it is but looks and sounds great,just a little bit quieter than the vortex.....if you want pm me as it will take me ages to find this post again and i will put some pics up tonight.backbox is in excellent condition

When you say a cat bypass do you mean a centre section or the 3rd cat section?

Newages are different from the classics as the centre section doesnt have a cat its just a resonator box.

but from the downpipe back you have a short cat section (3rd cat) then centre section (resonator) and then backbox.

Hope this helps.

If your mate wants new!!? I can get him made up a centre section and backbox Ninja style for almost the price that some companies charge for a back box alone and the quality is first class

PS removing the third cat does not require a remap.

hi there ive got a decat centre section off my 2002 bugeye looking for £50 for it,,also got an sti back box that came off same car going for £40
