alright everyone. just registered here and was hoping someone could help me with a problem i have with my car. I have a 99 impreza 2000 turbo with 59k on the clock,but when its really cold in the mornin (0 degrees or colder) the car will not start. i have had the battery replaced and the starter appears to be ok. just wondered if any of you guys and girls had ever come across the same issue and what the solution was???
