Anyone ever go to Kames these days?
Never EVER managed to get my butt down to Kames for the sprint action.
Anyone been down recently?
How often are there open events held?
I fancy a wee shot at it.
There used to be meetings down there and the folks had BBq's and camped over etc.
Not up for the camping, but the banter , BBQ and Blast would be sound.
Anyone know more about it?

Yeh, nipped down for her on Friday morning.
Got the gravel suspension removed and the Billys stuck on her.
Bought some extra "parts" while i was down.
A set of seats. Mounts. Sparco steering wheel. Co Pilot foot rest. 6 point harnesses.and a few other bits n bobs.
Stayed down there for the weekend since my sister stays ten mins from the guys workshop. Trailed back up the road on Sunday.
Need to get the finger out and get her ready for trials.
Timing belt and a service before she turns a wheel.
Nice fresh start then. Shes not needing it, but for all it costs. Peace of mind n' all that.

The SIDC was meant to be sorting out insurance via the club for a track day but that was AGES ago.
Del (SCOOBAY) is possibly the one to speak to.
Jamie, I doubt if you will fit as it's only a single track...........it is FANTASTIC fun though.

I take a run down now and again on a Sunday and a few weeks ago bumped into Colin Mcrae in the mk11.
had a couple of crackin shots and well worth the visit with my new camera.
In fact may even take a run down tomorrow.
