...came whazzing past last night just before i got on the M74.
Funny lOOking frame on the roof for the lights.

if its the one i seen before, its not the cops, its the fire brigade....does it have a big black metal frame wi a single blue light in the center mounted on the car?

It had some kind of frame on the top holding the blue light.
