Anyone else going along to this event on Sunday (30th)?
Here's some blurb from the website:
The two highlights are the return of the UK Rally Challenge in September. For all rally enthusiasts who have been starved of action this year the UK Rally Challenge is a must. In June when the inaugural event was held, some of the best ever rally action was seen over a unique 6 mile stage, using the race, rally, rallycross, tracks as well as the pit lane and perimeter roads!
Sounds good - hopefully the weather won't be too horrible

Sound pretty good.
Did anyone go to the one earlier in the year ? Is it good value for spectating ?
If anyone else is travelling up from Edinburgh how about we get together at Maccas near the bridge and convoy up ?
Andrew.

Andrew, I was meeting The_Gza around Falkirk so we did not detour via Edinburgh, sorry.
Hope you went up as it was really good
Lots of Scoob's a few 6R4's and a large collection of other cars in action.
Will stick a couple of picts up in a moment.

Yep, we made it up for the day.
Nice of Knockhill to lay on the good weather for us
An absolutely cracking day.
Got some great photos, and got well and truly soaked / covered in mud.
Will post up some more pictures tonight.
Andrew.

The driver of ther Porche was Jimmy McCrae, Colin's Dad. He was was up there with good times for a rear wheeled drive in that slippy sliding course. Really good day out apart from the rain and gales.

One of the best events for spectators I've been to at Knockhill. Shame the weather in the morning was bad. Maybe they could do something next time to let people into the covered stands though.
Jack, the Porsche is 4wd. Jimmy's driven it a number of times now at various rallies, it's never far away from the front.
He even gave my son his baseball cap, after kidding him about wearing a Subaru one. It always helps though when my wife is related to them.

Have to agree - this was about the 12th time I've been to Knockhill this year and it was definitley one of the best events
Shame that's it almost over for the year again
Accidentally crashed the BT hospitality tent and discovered they were selling Bacon Rolls for about £1 cheaper than the vans. Best discovery of the day
