Cool

A big thanks to John for organising another brilliant night of kartin. Also a big thanks to the lads @ raceland for overseeing the race and keeping the karts running. We had a few new faces turned up and the usual hardcore. A good time was had by all and the racing was pretty close. Any1 who wasn`t there missed a really competitive night.
Roll on the next 1

Pete

Cheers Pete. I must say the Crail teams are getting better every time, and you had the fastest lap until the very end. I guess it won't be long before you'll be collecting the trophies

We won't be using the outdoor track again until the new karts arrive (they are overdue - but due to one supplier going bust and the other being overstretched), it's unlikely to be for another few months.

We were thinking of holding a few indoor events in the meantime, and perhaps a mini-league of some sort if there was enough interest. We can do the same team based events, as well as individual events.

Cheers from me too, John

Had a brilliant night & we were lucky with the weather once again

I'm up for a blast on the inside circuit & getting some teams together would be no probs.

Just let us know when..

I am on the case of negotiating with Raceland for the next event.

What do people want you can have either an endurance event - teams of 4 - over a 2 hour period

OR

An individual event 'Grand Prix' style with a number of heats.

Votes please...

Both please Willie!

Thanks to JohnS for organising another excellent event. The curry and the drive home was good too!

Willie,

the feedback I've had so far has been to do some Grand Prix events, but also some individual endurance events (50 laps and can fit in several groups in an evening).

A few would be interested in a league of some sort, and having events ate different venues.

Post up your feedback here, or e-mail myself or Willie and we'll take it from there
