After getting the 'there's no way you're gonna fix that, they all do it' response in regards to my query about clutch judder at my local dealer (no names necessary ...), I contacted the service manager at S&S in Ayr.
I'm off to see him on Saturday so that he can investigate the problem under warranty.
It really does show that it pays to shop around for your servicing.
I'll keep you all up to date on progress.
Andrew.

Hello Andrew,
Spoke to john spicer at s & s a couple of days after our meet. He said he would be more than happy to help (if he can) with warranty problems and your service needs.
Dave A was also thinking about getting in touch with them as well.
Glad someone is interested in helping you out with your warranty probs. etc.
Might be a bit far to travel but well worth it - they will look after you.
r u still wanting to go to the rolling road on the 5th may with the vpcc - if so they will need a deposit and confirmation asap.
See ya
