just a quick question.

boost pressure is only 0.5 bar will not go above this,checked all jubilee clips+ tightend where necessary.took for a blast still the same.
bypassed the solinoide and took a direct pressure reading from the waste gate and guess what pressure is only 0.2.
i thought that the fail safe pressure for the waste gate is 0.5 (7psi).
could any one help out on this subject as it would be greatly aprecciated.
or is there something diffrent that i should be looking for.???????????

Can't help too much, but mine is going back this weeks to have a boost restrictor with a 'larger diameter hole' put in it. This should bring my boost up to the specified 14psi (i hope).

Pity you missed out on the karting, you should try and get along to the next one, Diana would kick some serious butt

U trying to say i'm a nutter

Can get u on the rolling road at star performance if you want on the 5th May but you would need to pay up front to secure a place.

We thought the boost problem was sorted (or nearly sorted) as well but nooooooooo. Going back in at the beginning of the week - getting them to check out the waste gate now.

If you put a larger hole in the restrictor it decreases the boost pressure - we have tried that the other day. Took the restrictor out and it felt flat put it in again and it was far better

What boost are you on just now?
