Weekend break in Scotland

Weekend break in Scotland
Hi all
My girlfriend and I have a tradition of taking each other away on a short break for birthdays. This year she wants to stay up in Scotland (preferably in a castle lol). We can fly up to Edinburgh or Inverness easily enough and we'd like somewhere with some good walking and scenery over a somewhere with a bustling nightlife. Any suggestions? Don't mind spending a bit on 5* accommodation as she took me on a very nice trip to N.Y. last year
Thanks very much... I've left it a bit late this year!!

If your looking for something realy quiet and romantic, then try here.
Its called the Roman Camp, its located in the heart of the Trossachs, Stirlingshire. The location is brilliant and has a bit of everything.
Its situated on the banks of a larger river and there are miles of walks in the area.
Check their website out http://www.roman-camp-hotel.co.uk/
Or if your looking for someting even more exclusive, try http://www.stobocastle.co.uk/
This will without a doubt be one of thee best hotels you will ever stay in.
Its more of a health spa, but its top of the range, as far as I know there are walks , etc for you to go on, but to be honest, you wont want to leave the castle!!
Take the time to look through the site, Im sure you will go for this one.
Not much can compare
Cant realy think of any others that are top notch.
Gleneagles??? Might be a tad MEGA expensive, but you could try... http://www.gleneagles.com/
Let me know how you get on
