Sprinting in Ayrshire
Hi, Kames is on again on the 14-15/8/04. The Sunday is the Scottish championship event so should be better to spectate at. Hope to see some of you there.

JS knows who he is and is gonna 'Boot his Hoop' when he sees him at the weekend.
