It's better than England - I did a similar trip in reverse 3 weeks ago - Edinburgh to Bournemouth and back again in a day, 945 mile round trip..........

A68? and the road from newcastle was
Collected an Impreza that I (we) have purchased, used a mondeo TD...
Drove all the way back foot flat to the floor.. even when changing up and down..

Just back,
1200 miles sussex and around about and back - Scotland - over the border - pissssssssssssssing down after days of 28 - 30 degree sunshine!!!!
