1998 Scottish Rally champion Jimmy Paterson has entered in his Subaru Impreza. Along with an EV05 driven by last years winner David Hughes , an Opel Corsa Kit car driven by George Gass and some escort cosworths , mk2 escorts , sunbeams , novas , corsa etc it has all the makings of a great event for spectators and competitors alike.

 

Another Impreza has just entered , looking good for spectators !!

First car starts away at 9.15am. I,m quite sure they will have a program of stages/times available at entry to Kames,along with a small entry fee

Sorry folks , just read the post so couldnt get the stage refs to you. Did anybody go and see ex Scottish Champion Jimmy Paterson roll his Subaru at Kames in spectacular style causing thousands of pounds worth of damage.

 

I saw it, he just seemed to clip the tyre and flip it over
They will have their work cut out to be ready for next weekend, good luck to them

 

I was there too and saw it - quality action for £3.

Another fun day out at Kames, Jimmy Paterson was impressive in his ex burns car prior to rolling on Kames 3.You should've stayed opelcorsa!!!! Well done GEORGEB on finnishing 3rd.Was good to see the return use of rally track at Kames ,they should have more events like this
