Easy but boring mate.
We could head up the forth road to Lanark, drop down into the clyde valley thru' all the twistys to the Garrion bridge and head into Hamilton just off the A71.
Good run especially if its a nice night.

Noki...
Falkirk to Whitburn..head under the M8 and up to whitburn cross.
Take a left along the main street. Next set of lights turn up Blaeberry hill road at the Hilcroft hotel.
Follow the road up the hill, over the wee bridge and around the bend at the top.
Immediate right at end of bend. Sign for Blaeberryhill Inn.

It is just off the Blaeberryhill road in Whitburn. If you come into Whitburn (ie under the M8 from Bathgate) and follow the road along to Whitburn, turn left at the main traffic lights at the Hillcroft Hotel, head up the hill past a new housing estate, an older one, then a newer one, the road curves round a corner you will see the sign for the Blaeberryhill Inn - in there (first left after the bend).
P.S. If coming from Falkirk etc, just at the roundabout for Bathgate/Broxburn/M8 etc, DON'T follow the signs for Whitburn, follow the signs for Glasgow/Edinburgh M8 and East Whitburn - otherwise you'll get a bit lost with these directions!!!
Hope that helps mate.
In summary:
1. Get to Junction 4 of the M8 (roundabout), straight through signposted Whitburn/Blackburn.
2. Turn right at T junction (with new covered up traffic lights).
3. Head along the road past bungalows, houses, a (shady) pub etc, passing through East Whitburn and the Whitburn.
4. Follow straight road (under lots of trees), heading for traffic lights.
5. Take left hand slip road at traffic lights at the Hillcroft Hotel and head up the hill.
6. Pass houses on left (mainly), a small local shop and head up the hill, round the right hand bend and take a first left (signposted) into the Blaeberryhill Inn (through some houses).
