Question wheel refurbishing???

can anyone recomend someone 2 repair a set of wheels ,it is purly cosmetic job. the wheels r high power silver.

its probably a bit too far away from you but there is a chap down here in ayrshire that does a FANTASTIC job, i have had two sets done, the latest just collected today, they were absolutely dead before i gave him them to do and now they look like they are straight out the box !!! so good infact i sold them 30 mins after collecting them and got top money too

i`ll take a picture of the refurbished wheels before the guy collects them tomorrow, i will get the number for you aswell.The guys name that you are looking to speak to is John Colvin of Colvins S.P.S. in Stewarton, a small town about 25 mins from Glasgow, john is a top bloke and knows his stuff . I`ll do my best to get the photos on tomorrow night.

did the guy spray the wheels or are they powder coated??

the most recent set were powder coated, i think they have turned out much better than the last set which were sprayed, i can honestly say they turned out even better than i thought they would.

simon, if this works hopefully ther will be some photos of the refurbished wheels.



hope it has worked i`m not very good at posting pictures yet, anyway if you think they look alright( they were only fit for the bin before john got them, 17"s on the wifes vectra ) l will give you johns number and you can speak to him
