Is there any companies that can remap a japanese import to uk fuel ?
Im going to look at an impreza sti8 jap spec at the weekend . I have been told the only way to get the 320bhp from the car is remap it for british fuel.
Is there any companies in the strathclyde area that can do this for me ?

Check out the ECUTEK website for mappers www.ecutek.com
I think the only company in Scotland is Wallace Performance in Aberdeen, otherwise you'll be looking at a trip down south. To achieve >300bhp you'll probabily also need a sports exhaust system with free flowing downpipe & cat.
I'd look at the TSL, Power Engineering or Litchfield Imports websites for more info but there's plenty of companies that could offer a solution.
I've got the Power Engineering exhaust system & ECUTEK remap on my MY02 STI UK and it was producing 320bhp on the dyno. However it's the on road performance that's the most amazing!
