as some of you may know from my previous moans i had ordered a wr blue MY04 Sti 7wks ago for delivery tomorrow & after a few little problems with the dealer i can say that i picked it up today with my trade plates & shes sitting looking grand in my driveway as we speak !!
its been a long slog but it was worth it in the end, have only took her above 3000rpm once & that was only to 3800rpm in 3rd gear, roll on 1000miles to allow the modding to begin (well pimp tints this week)
the dealer didnt give me any info on running in could anyone help me on this one ??

IIRC I got a bit of paper with mine stating no more than 3500 rpm for the first 1k. Reason I remember is that I set the shift light on the dash to this the day I got it. I'm a sad git really

What a fabuluos idea - is that fence a Prodrive "Side Defender II" - how did Drive fix it on? Maybe you should get it colour coded.
Also, I take it the photo is cut in half because Drive made a mistake and actually fitted 13" steel wheels from a Justy?

i dont no what i did wrong i took the photo in full

took a run upto peebles with it earlier & ooohhhh my god i was in need of some 3500rpm & above but i behave thats 230 miles on the clock (done 224 since picking it up) so not long to go now !!
