Ok, not even got the new car yet but want to buy a few bits for it!

Looking for somewhere in Scotland (or reliable place in uk) that can supply crystal front and side indicator replacements for a MY99 for much cheapness. (with sivertec bulbs, so not to get the orange glow thru them!)

Also, and ideas where some cheap STi rear clusters can be found??

Cheers,
Grant

Alright Grant, welcome to Scooby ownership! For stuff like clear side/rears your best bet will be some of the advertised sites on here, all pretty similar prices.

For the likes of Sti Red/Clears try 'Grade A Subaru breakers' Sure they've got a web sit but your better off phoning, just a touch quicker.

Hope you enjoy the motor mate and progress through the 'I'm goin to keep it standard...well kind of' stage without too much damage to the wallet....

Cool

Grant,

There's a chap on eBay at the moment who is regularly selling crystal front indicators, these auctions rarely seem to get above £40 with the reserves being met.

Also, TSL had a deal on a month or two ago where they'd give you free side repeaters when purchasing front indicators. Don't know if this is still running but may be worth chasing?

My silver front and side repeater bulbs came from SILVERfusion although the side bulbs can apparently be bought from VW for a fraction of the cost.

The STi rears on my car came from Glenburgie Subaru and were £150 in exchange for my UK rears. Not the cheapest but genuine STi V5 jobs!

My top priority if i were you would be to get some Eibachs on there though.

Johnny,

Thanks mate, I'll have to wait til I am at home tonight until I get the e-mail cause I am not allowed to use Hotmail at work, they have put a block on it!!

Hope its pics of this silver classic that you promised me!!

Hi Bee,

Long time no speak mate, the outlook doesnt look good for my wallet I'm afraid mate... I havent even got the car yet and the swtich card is starting to be abused!!

Might see you around sometime.

Carl,

LOL @ the sly wee sales pitch mate, love it!!

Thanks for the sites, I think I'm gonna try and get the STi rears from Glenburgie as they seem fairly reasonable to me.

I'm gonna have a word with the people at TSL if I can get hold of them this afternoon sometime and see if they can do me some crystal fronts and sides for a decent wee price!

Cheers
Grant
