A friend was done for speeding. He's up in court next week. I believe that there are several potentially valid defences, but need a legal opinion.
However, he cannot find a lawyer who is prepared to do anything other than take the money, plead guilty and try and mitigate down the penalty.
Can anyone suggest a decent one, idealy falkirk area.
