Question

After mincing one of my alloys today I have decided to get them repaired/refurbed, and was wondering if Laws in Bridge of Don were any good?

I would definitely try KeithP ( appreciate he has turned to the dark side but nobody's perfect)

Guys thanks for the advice. I don't know KeithP, is he local to Aberdeen? Can anyone give me his contact details.

Cheers

Marc

Cal I'm afraid it was one of my Prodrive ones The standard wheels are going back on the car this weekend.

Marc,

I'm still in the same boat as you
KeithP can certainly prep your wheels and powercoat them, but they won't be the exact colour match as they are now.
I'm still trying to trace down a paint code for mine, once I find it KeithP will be doing his stuff!
I'll try IM again today.
Rob.

Cheers Rob, I was hoping for a close match as it is just on the rim, but a perect match would be better

laws dont actually repair them- they subcontract the work out- i know this cos they dinged a mates wheel when fitting new rubber and sent the wheels away for repair- turns out they sent the wrong one and the farce has left him without a car for night on 2 weeks

That aint good. I have had minor scufs repaired before by Paint Technic who were ok but found the quality lacking, with things like overspray and once they repaired a wheel (CTR) for me at the dealers and never bothered to take it off so I was left with paint over the brake caliper

So has anyone actually got Contact Details for KeithP?
His SN profile email address is ... keith69paterson@hotmail.com ... but I'm sure some of the Inverurie gang will have a more efficient way of getting hold of him.

Yip; Young KP is one of our lot. Moved over to the dark side... and has a motor that we can only see the front end of when it parked up. He's a top fellow and will take good care of you, but he won't be able to repair the alloy as such. However, he will do a great paint job, just look in my engine bay
