Cool

I would like to express my gratitude to Jim and Brian at Star Performance for their concern at ensuring customer satisfaction.

Last Thursday I took my car through to their premises for camber and tracking to be adjusted on my car after another change of suspension. .. How many is that now?? (prize for who guesses correctly...)

I had used them in July of this year for a previous suspension set up and the result then was a car which handled perfectly for my driving style.

As it was, after changing to the set up i now use, i had no hesitation in going back over to their garage (160 mile round trip)for the camber and tracking to be done again.

Unfortunately it didn't turn out as hoped. I mailed Jim on Saturday afternoon and first thing Monday morning, he was on the phone to me with a proposal to rectify the issue.

Before i came back up today (Wednesday), Jim arranged for an inspection of his wheel alignment equipment and the ramp itself, to ensure all equipment related to checking of vehicles alignment were as per manufacturers recommendations.
The inspections weren't due for quite some time, but nevertheless, they arranged, and paid for, an inspection to be done.

I came up today and Brian spent an inordinate amount of time checking the car and explaining the procedure used when checking /adjusting and at no point was i felt to be an intrusion in their company.

I'm happy to say, the car is now handling, in my opinion, as best as it can be, given the parts in use and therefore would like to thank Star Performance for going the extra mile in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Can thoroughly recommend them to carry out an excellent job in this respect.

Thank you

Alan

There's nothing special to be done for RR.

Just make sure oil/water levels and tyre pressures are correct.
