Bugger! i'm picking my new maf up tomorrow but can't get it fitted till sat so i won't be able to bring my car to knockhill. S'pose i'll just have to use the focus. (i was thinking of bringing the sti with knackered maf and just taking it easy there and back but i don't know if i can trust myself to stay off boost lol!) So if you see a sad git arriving in a green focus please pity me.

It's no big deal to replace the MAF.

At least its only a MAF u require, my engine's out on the garage floor ready to strip.

 

WooHoo!! got my car sorted today! Only prob was after the muck was cleared out the induction tract and the new maf fitted the car ran good so tried putting the zero sports chip back in and it started detting again, so it now runs with the standard chip and power is down slightly but at least it runs good. So i'll be able to bring it tomorrow if R6 CDW lets me in. lol
