The Garage in Wishaw (about 15min drive from Hamilton) would fit this for you; I now they've done one or two already for different cars.

To be honest it's a piece of pi$$ and you'd be better having a crack at it yerself. I'm a mechanical/electrical numptie and I found it a doddle.

Biggest hassle is taking off the centre trim to get access to the ciggie lighter wires (for the 12v supply). Do you trust any garage removing this and not scratching it?

Janner,

I'm only 5mins from you in Uddingston, I fitted one to my car so car give you a hand if you want to do it yourself. It only took me 30 mins to fit mine, the biggest part of that was deciding where to put it.

Give me a shout if you want a hand with it.

Thumbs up

Cheers for the offer Scottdot but I have managed to get the sensor in so I just need to wire the thing up. Where can I connect the live, can I connect it to the horn? Where is the easiest place to connect it?

Thanks

AWD are good, but for God sake don't drive to Perth just to have one of these fitted.

The important thing is the live wire needs to be hot when the ignition is switched on. I took mine from the back of the cigarette lighter.

There's pics on my website
