Cool

I got a good deal from blackcircles a while back.

www.BlackCircles.com

From memory they were about the same price as micheldever, but the price included fitting (at a place convenient to you).

Questions like this really wind me up. How many people do you think will actually know definitively where is the cheapest place to get a specific tyre size? Do you think people in here do this research all day long? You're only going to get an answer from someone who has been somewhere they like, or whose mate runs the place. The only way to answer this question definitively is by phoning them all.

FWIW I think www.mytyres.co.uk are cheap.

Hurricane,
No need to blow off on one. The whole point of these fourms are that some people do have the information to hand and can save each other some time/effort.

Jim Dickson is the cheapest I have come across for Toyo Proxes. Costco are the cheap for Michelin Pilots.

Cheers,
Ian

Jim fitted my 18" Toyos but it was BlackCircles that managed to get a hold of 4 for me.(£500 notes though!!)

If Jim can get them his prices are pretty similar but his service is excellent!!!

Hurricane
why mouth off, if you do not like the thread don't reply ! its that simple. I was saving myself some time by asking others who they found to be the cheapest, there is no point in me not putting the tyre size down because a cheap supplier of 18" aint always going to be the cheapest for 16" (get my point). It's ok for you to ask where is the cheapest place for Aircon specialists and who will supply a PS2 modchip but not me to find the cheapest supplier of tyres !
Anyway thanks to everyone else who posted, help appreciated. I am going through to Ian's to get Toyo's fitted later this week, £79 a tyre as I only need 2 I think that is pretty good.
Cheers
