CTR,
These cars came out in 98 to celebrate Subaru winning the World Rally Manufacturers title for the third time in a row. Terzo means third in Italian, where they won the title I believe and it was the third special edition in the UK. There were only 333 of them and they were all numbered (no number 13, so there is a 334 car somewhere) and come in blue only with 16" wheels. They had different seats to the standard car and AC was standard, just ask JohnS, and they were also more expensive than the standard car. Power was the same as standard unless you were running the AC, which can zap +/- 5 BHP

As Jools says they are mechnically identical to the 1998 UK Turbo 2000 model. Only thing to note (apart from the Sonic Blue paint/ special trim/standard AC/gold painted alloys) is the rear seats are fixed giving a slightly stiffer shell over the standard 4dr car.
Check out the SIDC FAQ for further details on the Terzo.
