on the way up the BIG hill, coming southwards, just past Perth coming towards Edinburgh?? Thought I glimpsed one out of the corner of my eye...certainly hope not...

Nope. No camera there, assuming you're talking about the hill between Bridge of Earn and Glenfarg. Besides, they'd never put a camera on a road going UPhill; be able to trap many more on a downhill stretch
