Was some very nice cars there today including one or two Scoobys.
The rain held off for the time that i was there too which was nice.
Thought i'd stick these up for those who may be interested.

The front end of the Subaru troup.

And the rear.

Was also another P1 and several other Imprezas spotted in the carpark.

Spotted three of these all in.

Gotta love the S1's.

This Sierra had an equally as spanking underside.

Escorts:

Sapphires:

Proof they do exist.

Capris:

Congrats to the organisers and those who made the show what it was. Even the gf enjoyed herself.

I remeber going to look at an F plate RWD years ago.
All the garage said was that it wasn't standard!
Took my girlfriend (at the time) and wee sister (still is) with me

The 3 of us were as white as a sheet when we got back to the garage after the test drive.
Neadless to say, I was pursuaded to buy something with a lot less power (I was 20 or something at the time)

It was an excellent day and i'm sooooo glad the weather held off.
You scooby lads couldn't just make a quiet entrance could you?
I think everyone already at the show stopped what they were doing, looked up at the road, saw it was just a bunch of scoobs, cursed and then went back to discussing how long their RS had been off the road this year............did i actually just type that?
must be the scoobynet rubbing off on me! lol!
Nice to meet up with some of the users on here too. Saw Johnny 50 and RS Grant.......alreet lads!

Glad you like the picture Alasdair, your's was the only Scoob i could get a decent shot of with the rest all being obscured by those pesky er, Imprezas...
Kate, i was chatting to Ken about Pauls car, it sounds as though he gets a hell of alot of enjoyment from it.

I missed the Cossie Mk1 Jim, been done before though...
I'm a bit of a magpie at these shows i'm afraid, naturally attracted to the shiniest cleanest cars...
I didn't even notice that yellow Capri had a Scorpio Cosworth engine in it till i editted its numberplate in Photoshop.

Saw you nipping away just as i walked into the ground though, also saw your car in the carpark previously.
I really wanted to see Grants J-plate RS, missed it too though.
Och well, next year!

Alright Jim...
You were right mate, the weather actually held out, I was pretty amazed that it didn't rain one bit the whole time I was there, it only started to rain the closer we got to Dundee on the way home
My car was in the car park, right @ the back, away from eveyone else, it was looking pretty dirty so stuck it away out of view!!
Keep your eyes peeled cause I have been known to drive up to Aberdeen for the odd night here and there so you might see me floating about, give me a flash and a wave if you do see me!!
Cheers,
Grant

Jim.
Good to meet you at last.
Was a good show, glad the weather turned out ok.
A lot of nice cars there..pity there wern't more Scoobs though..but then, it was an RS show !
Grant, after we left you, that red Esc Cos, and the white RST were stopped northbound on the motorway, guess they were looking for that cover that popped off.

Well, i had my MY98 wagon there, but it was confined to the carpark.
Wasn't sure how i would go about getting onto the field anyway. All it would've needed was a wash cos of the drive up from Edinburgh.

Yeah...
I got 3 in the end:
One was a pic of Mine/Ross' and Robin's car...
Another was of Stephen Ferguson's Escort Cossie...
The last one was of the Standard Red Escort Cossie behind us...
The 20 other photos he took never came out, he's not one for technology is Ross, he thinks he wiped them off when he was trying to resize them all!!
Cheers,
Grant

Hello again folks!
Kevin,
There's quite a good shot of your car launching in this months PF in the North - South shootout section. If you were able to find somone able to scan it for you it should work?
