Just checked my MOT certificate and it ran out a few days ago! Therefore I need a friendly and preferably relatively local MOT station. For those of you who have forgotten I have a full scoobysport exhaust and therefore it would be nice if the MOT tester was friendly

In case you missed that little guy.....here he is again >

Can be emailed as per profile

Kenny

As there is very little profit in an MOT, the majority of testers will give you the usual sob story that they are continually being checked by the DVA and couldn't chance checking your emissions with their sunglasses on (in the hope you pay them labour to refit a cat or two).
Best of luck in your hunt,

Blue

Grant, ones that go in the centre section? I've still got my downpipe and centre section so I could put it back to standard to get through the test but there is a lot of labour involved in messing around with the downpipe like that Do you have a big **** off center cat?

Cheers,

Kenny

I tried this with the decat pipe refit to the birds Civic - none of them would entertain it - back street are the best bet though

I've got a strong lead and a number of fall back possibilities. I should be able to get sorted without to much hassle but I'll work through those possiblities if things go pear-shaped.

Cheers

there are a couple of home made double cat centre sections within the scoobynet community, start a new post to borrow one and it means a guaranteed pass and also only having to fit one cat, the easy one. i know falkland performance centre use one.
