8.30? Reasonable. Will keep you informed. Golf won't be on strip as it needs a new bush or something on the front suspension (I'm not a mechanic - you may have guessed ) and I don't want things falling off or dying while caning it up the 1/4 mile!!
Unless I can get the service it needs etc this week somewhere (that accepts Visa!!)

Volks centre at kingswells or the westhill service station always did my old cars, reasonable and do a good job

AS FOR DALE WELL THE BACK OF TT is a nightmare, 10 mins is ok but an hour and a half will kill him, spose could just gimp him up with a pool ball and the seatbelts

i really have to get it into the 14's ...... but you will not be that far ahead of me sonny jim..... I beat a uk Scoob turbo off the line (**** knows how.... the boy must have been gay) and he couldnt pull it back over the 1/4
also beat a 200bhp corsa turbo twice down the strip

How much does a std corsa weigh? what was it 165 brake it has?
Mine only has 190 per tonne, less with the fatboys in it!
on the run from boyners golf i was pulling away but only just! he has about 175 bhp, with no back seats and not much much else in the car!

my car....
weighs bugger all.... not sure about std corsa's... i'll go do some reseach, ken..
but my weight goes up with the 2.0 but down due to the interior.... hmmm
