As per title, coming home from work tonight and as I came round the Broxden circle in Perth a very nice chap in his XK8R thought he would "show this Subaru what a fast car looks like". So as we proceeded off the circle onto the dual carriageway he planted it.
Boy those things squat down.
We stayed level 2nd gear, 3rd gear I started to pull ahead and then as I went into 4th I had to say "bye".
I know that the Jag is fast but I must admit I was surprised at how much the Scoob pulled away from him at that point.
By 120mph he had had enough and backed off completely.
Nice to know that if you spend a bit of time and a wee bit money you can have something that will upset cars 4 times the cost.

I think the realisation of his error as I passed him was too much for his wallet.

Maybe he slowed down so he could turn round and get to the local Subaru dealer to purchase a decent car
