We remember meeting Gary last year at a Scooby RR day at Star. Top bloke with a great sense of humour and a passion for his car. Cant believe he's gone.
Will make arrangements to be there.
Sympathies to his family. Pete can you mail or call with directions from Tay Bridge.

Pete, please pass on my deepest condolences to his family. I hope you manage to get a really good turnout to the funeral.
We will continue to push this to the top until Friday.

Only met Gary a few times but I regarded him as a friend in the short time I knew him - there aren't many people in this world that have that ability to bond with all people from all walks of life - he will be sorely missed
My condolences to his family and friends

Didn't know him but I am sure his family will be heartened by these posts.
Sounds like a genuinely nice guy.
My thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.

i never met the man , here is a poem for u mate from all of us
--------------------
Friends Until The End
by Stef Knudsen
We used to talk
We used to laugh
We were best of friends
I thought that’s how it would always be
You taught me so much
Told me exactly what to say
I wish it were still the same
But someday I know it will
Maybe not today
But we’ll meet up again
It won’t be long until I see your face
In Heaven that marvelous day
-----------------------
God bless u mate and may God give strength and paitence to your family
dear veronica it hurts to loose a loved one my dear, but all we can do is pray for them and may they be in a blessed place full of comfort and joy, friends and loved ones go, money comes and goes, happiness and sadness too but one thing guaranteed in life for all of us is death, patience is what is needed and to be strong in this life coz their is a better one in the next, we will be united with our loved ones.

For all that need directions the postcode of St.Leonards
Street is DD3 9HD.
The street where the church can be found is at (orange dots)
http://www.multimap.com/map/places.cgi?X=338000&Y=733000&width=700&height=450& client=public&gride=&gridn=&srec=0&coordsys=gb&max rows=&overviewmap=&startrow=&db=ap&addr1=&addr2=St .+Leonard+Place&addr3=Dundee&pc=&scale=25000&out.x =15&out.y=10
If attending the service we can follow the procession to
the cemetery
For those not attending the service, the cemetery is at
http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi?X=335000&Y=735000&width=700&height=400& client=public&gride=&gridn=&srec=0&coordsys=gb&add r1=&addr2=&addr3=&pc=&scale=50000&advanced=&multim ap.x=408&multimap.y=266
If anyone wants to attend but is still unsure about directions mail me directly. And we should be able to arrange a meeting point for friends from out of town etc.
As there are to be family flowers only, perhaps we could have a collection for a donation to the head stone or similar?
Which upon closing will be handed to V.
Pete

Very nice Moses.
Not sure what else to say as everyone else seems to have said it all.
My thoughts are with all of Gary's friends and family in this difficult time.
That's a good idea Pete.

I had the pleasure of knowing Gary for over a year.
This tragedy has robbed us of one of the soundest guys you could meet
My heartfelt sympathies go out to Veronica and Garys family.
May he rest in peace.

Only met Gary & Veronica once a couple of years back, but he came across as a really sound guy. He must've made an impression because after I heard the news, I was left with a hollow feeling inside that i'm sure all those who knew him must be experiencing.
My thoughts go out to Veronica and the rest of his family and friends.
