Anyone know the type and colour of the unmarked police cars on the A9 ?

A9? Is that the back road into Edinburgh? Got stopped there once, caught speeding with another car (if you know what i mean). Never seen the police car (marked) until I stopped in a layby to talk to my mate! They were hiding behind a hedge in a field!
The point is, marked or not marked, they are good at hiding! (especially behind hedges and in fields)

Gordon the A9 is the road from Perth north through Inverness and up to Thurso.
I'm not up to date on their unmarked cars but a couple of years ago they had a red saab a black a class a couple of Omegas and a collection of Volvos, the black one having got a couple of people I know. I've seen the black Volvo recently, so assume they are still in favour, worth pointing out they have been chipped (I spoke to the guy who did them about 5 years back) so are fairly nippy. Just keep an eye out for extra ariels and (if they are behind you) blue lights behind the grill.

Came up on Friday and goin back down today, saw one pullin a car on Friday, Dark Blue V70 and in the past have seen a Burgundy Saab and a dark blue Omega,
