Yeah we were through the back. We prefer it there because of the jukebox complete with assortment of crappy tunes We sometimes end up in the snooker bit though if its busy! Other times I end up in the bar drooling over the bar staff

have to agree about the bar staff Who would think a leisure centre could be so much fun?
An easy way to tell if i'm in the hall or not, is just to look for someone shouting "****" at every missed shot, and trying to look cool standing at the juke box That'll be me

Pool (very badly) Although I was on fire last night. I didn't put a shot wrong! That wont last though
We could only get a table in the snooker area though, which annoyed me. I don't like the tables much, cause all the felt has been worn off! And what's the deal with the red Baize?

Perhaps we should arrange a scoobynet Edinburgh pool night sometime We could perhaps invite Simon 'iron cue' Patterson (sipie) and anyone else that's interested.
Do you know who owns the silver CTR that sits outside each thursday, it's well

Fraid not, But what i find interesting is the white WRX with the STi lip on it. I've seen it rumble down the street once. It looks to be not bad at all
A SN pool night huh? That sounds like a good idea. Why don't we gauge interest, then work out how it would work? Count me in though
Oh, none of this girly 9 ball rubbish either

Oh, i'm a downright evil pool player though!
There's no such thing as a friendly game for me. I even snooker my own mates!
Sportsmanship? Who needs it?

Do we need a pool name?!
I'll choose "Juke Box" Crush
I was thinking of "Side pocket" Crush, but that gives away too much about my playing style

Few notes of interest so far, looking good If we can get 6-8 peeps we can choose a quiet night and get two tables next to each other. 8-ball, winner stays on (unless someone is silly good)

Are you a member? Or do you just pay for a day membership?
Another idea is to set up a Knockout type of game. Y'know, something like playoffs would be?

Dang this whole public forum thing....rumbled
Actually, I really liked one of the lassies in there (before you AJ) cause she was mega fit and I was going to ask her if she fancied an 'after work' drink but then I saw her smoking one night Then another night she was sitting with some ned friends and I couldn't fully believe the ned chat spouting from her mouth. Didn't like her after that

Yeah I know the one you mean
Speaking on Neds, why the **** do i always get them coming onto the table next to me?
I was playing snooker the other week, and some ned came in saying how he just crahsed his companies van TWICE! and ran off Last night was a good session, no Neds to keep an eye on
I reckon we should set up a new thread later to get proper interest , cause not everybody will read this.
