FFS guys if you look you will see that maverick puts a little smilie after his name in every post, he is NOT doing it because he thinks your problem is funny, so you are bang out of order slagging him off in this instance.

Everyones to quick to laugh and slag off the person that has a serious question to ask.

If they have nothing sensible to say, dont say anything. i have done it also, so I shouldnt complain, but there are to many "kids" on the whole bbs who come on here, WHY????

Over 20,000 members and how many of them have 3-5 log in names? how many are on here just to waste everyones time? and how many are genuine users?

hi paul,
east renfrewshire i think if it was a pot hole a
neighbour of mine who uses that road hit one bu**ered a
wheel and tyre. they wrote and complained to council dept.
council wern;t interested said they would look into it,
he heard nothing more after repeated phonecalls.

The roads are a disgrace in this country,go over to France or Germany and it's a different world.As Dougster says get a photo of the hole and also a pic of your car with the visible damage,then get a garage quote for putting it right send this off with a letter and see how you get on.Failing that get a lawyers letter off to them,will cost about £30.

Lazy council gits should pay up.

There are two councils reponsible for this road depending on where you are. East Renfrewshire and East Ayrshire.

paul get your *** in to gear and get some photos i got colin new wheel plus tyre for noe of his cars it was a draincover that had been left open did some real damage i also told them i had been to company lawyer and if they didnt get their **** in gear i would also be charging them for the hire car i had to use till i could get another wheel+tyre he got a nice little chec in the post good luck agnes

sorry paul no you will also need two estamates for any damage done was there no 1 else seen it remember to state you have taken legal advice on it lets face it paul if this had been a bike and not a car someone good have been really hurt let me know what happens
