Alloy refurbishment
#1
Does anyone know roughly how much it will cost to get a set of alloys refurbished with only some minor kerbing, nothing serious. Also where about on the east coast might I be able to get this done?
Thanks in advance,
Chris B

AJ,
It's because we let women drive our precious cars that we end up with so much kerbing
John,
They were recommended before on here. Did they do a good job? and how long did they take to do all 4 wheels?
They're only a 10min drive away from me, so would be dead handy.

I managed to kerb one of my alloys tonight , six months I've had 'em and managed to keep 'em perfect. Gives me the perfect excuse to pop out to Keiths

Stefan, they did a good job. Wheels look great. Not sure what their turnaround time is, as these wheels were not on the car, so I just left them and picked them up when it was convenient for me.

John, AJ,
Yes, I did have a wee smile when you said you had kerbing repaired. Never let it be said that those OZ super T's are not strong wheels. I found the only piece of kerb on the Cairn o' Mount road in Aberdeenshire for 50 miles or so, while I was in close pursuit of a certain P1 a couple of years ago.
After giving my wife grief for years about alloys and parking the car I had to eat much humble pie...In fact, I just put 18's on the Sti and she said don't even think about telling me to be careful with em!
Jools.
