Roof - cheers for the reply. Spotted that car in auto trader today, its lovely!!! but just out my price range sadly. i know he will haggle, but sadly not quite enough.
G - there is noubt wrong with toyotas mate. i rate my celica very highly. only reason im selling is for something quicker. i bought my car when i shouldnt have, as i wanted a GT4. sadly, couldnt find a decent one at the time so made do with the GT.
now im in the position to get something wild!!!!
so if anyone has a cossie, rx7, supra, or gt4 up for sale, let me know!!!

I went to see a Pulsar GTI-R (grey car, for £3995) that was advertised in the Scottish Auto Trader this past week and the week before : guy buys and sells a few cars out of a place in Johnstone. He had a nice looking Escort which I think he might part with. His number is in the trader which I don't have in front of me but if you can't find it then I'll see if I can did it out. J plate Mallard green with , I think, 60k and FSH if memory serves me correct.

my mate just bought a pulsar from MacKay trading. Try, 385bhp which is capable of 200mph!!! 187mph was scary enough and it can go more!!!

Wow - 200mph!
He must be running some mad mods, as at 200mph on the std pulsar g/box ratios (and wheels
), the engine would be spinning at more than 9000rpm!
Even allowing for 17" wheels, the engine would be turning at 8000+rpm in top to acheive 187mph.
The standard car produces max power at 6400rpm...With the redline not far behind...

Managed to dig out some numbers for the Pulsar seller in Johnstone that also had the Escort : he DIDN'T appear to be selling the car at the moment but I believe planned to run it over the winter but I think if offered money he'd part with it as he buys and sells cars so would probably be tempted.
I've 3 numbers : can't remember which relates to him and which to his partner/mate that it also involved in the car business but :

As for the pulsar, it has had alot of mad mods. He paid over £10k for an M Reg pulsar. Mainly got its 385bhp instead of the standard
220.
I know he just had a blow off valve fitted, as for the rest im unsure but can find out.
It is the fastest thing i have been in tho!!! Scary to some, enjoyable to me!!!

JVS, i didnt get any email from you mate.
Since this post, the cossie has departed from my shortlist. I sold my celica yesterday so went away yesterday afternoon to look at SUPRAS, GTO'S and RX7's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
