Question scooby shop not working? And a plus question.

Trying to get into the Scoobyshop and every link I try is unsuccessful, is this no longer a feature?

Also, I want to renew my plus membership. I have my old card etc, do I just pay 18 quid or the full 25?

I have already Emailed Webmaster and not received a response yet.

Can someone tell the sponsors of Scoobyshop that I am unable to view their wares and this customer is forced to purchase his items elsewhere.

We have a problem with ScoobyShop since we moved ISP's. We are looking in to it and hope it resolve everything by early next week.

Just a quick update.....

We have found what the problem is, but it requires a recode of part of the software. We hope to have this completed and LIVE by the middle of next week.

Update....

We seem to have sorted out the majority of the site (even though it is not up yet), but need to get some other proprietry software installed (which was lost since our transfer). We hope to get this all sorted and back-up and running by the middle of next week.

Just solved one major problem, but now we have some more.

I am hoping the error can be found this week, else I will have to wait until the coder gets back off holiday next week.

Apologies for this delay and I know it's a royal pain in the backside, but I will keep you updated on progress.

There she blows it is back up and running now, but for the next hour can only be accessed via shop.scoobynet.co.uk. Later it will be available by shop.scoobynet.com as well.

Hi Folks,
Can anyone help? Our friends have just emigrated to NZ and have left their Scooby with us to sell. We have been told to put it on this site but I thinks I must be a dummy cause I keep trying and seem to get no where, AHHHH what am I doing wrong??
