Exclamation FAO: If you have ordered a pack since December and are an SNPLUS member

Hi all,

If you have ordered a pack since December but not yet received it, your pack will be going out by the end of this week.

Some of you have experienced difficulties with requesting your pack which has been down to a tehcnical issue for which we apologise.

If you have paid for your SNPLUS subscription and entered you details and requested a pack, regardless of what the system is telling you, you have infact ordered a pack correctly and it will be dispatched by the end of the week.

Apologies for this.

Regards,
Shaun.

Ralph,

Your request has not been put on for some reason.

Can you try entering your address again and then requesting the pack one more time please.

Regards,
Shaun.

Hi Ralph,

I dont think so as I may have another user that has the same problem. Can you please email me your username & password to shaun@scoobynet.co.uk and we will look at resolving the problem.

Regards,
Shaun.

Cheers Shaun, is it best to activate my membership from the paid subscriptions object on the CP? I'm getting all sorts of weird and wonderful messages from the Request Membership Pack button!!!

Prodrive Eddie,

You have to first go through the PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS option to actually pay for the SNPLUS subscription. Once this has happened you are then able to request a membership pack after filling out your address details.

Regards,
Shaun.
