It didn't work and niether did the rest of the links I got sent and I'm still waiting for an updated email as stated I would.

Same here. Sent my cheque off for payment a few weeks ago and today I receive an e-mail asking me to "complete" my membership via PayPal.
My cheque hasn't been cashed, so do I simply cancel it and pay online or wait for my cheque to be cashed and ignore the e-mail?
Assistance welcomed. Many thanks.

Hi All
The email went out to everyone who was not (at that time) authorised as a ScoobyNetPlus member.
If you have sent your cheque a while ago and have not been authorised, it sounds as though your cheque has been lost in the post. Please check if it has been cashed just IN-CASE we've made an error somewhere. If this is the case, please email shaun@scoobynet.co.uk with the details and he'll sort it out.
Memberships won't be actually authorised now until end of next week, so if you've sent your cheque in the last week, please bear with us until then.
When you say "the links didn't work", what actually happened?
Is the link split on 2 lines in your email? If so, you'll need to copy and paste the entire link in to your browser? If not, please let us know what happens / error messages, etc.
All the best
Simon
