I have to say that I've mentioned my scoobynet+ membership a couple of times now, to sellers on the gold list and I've not actually had any discount......
[ even though the price is quoted as a discount on the scoobyshop !]
SO... I have to say HAVE WASTED 25 QUID ?
OR do I have to be more hard faced ? I thought that was the point of joining ....

And .. while I'm on.. .its worth adding that I am happy to pay the price these dealers have charged me and I'm more than happy with the service....
It's actually the fact that the scoobyshop offers a better price that's the problem - I wish I'd not looked there and I think I'll write off the membership as a mistake. So long as I don't look and don't ask, I would not know I was paying too much and would be OK.

WHAT???
OK. ANYBODY who has asked for their membership discount and not received it, MUST tell me about it. This is COMPLETELY against all the work that has gone in to the shop and the membership being set-up. Members are buying discounted products through ScoobyNetPlus membership all day every day, so there is NO reason why you should be refused your discount.
Everyone who has paid for their membership is IMMEDIATELY entitled to their discounts. All you need to do when purchasing products is to quote your reference number that you received when signing up.
Please contact me immediately to let me know which companies did not give you the requested discount and the reasons given.
Membership packs are in production and we are awaiting delivery.

PS...
As previously stated, (even though ALL membership benefits are already available to everyone) membership years will be reset when the membership packs are sent out.
