Paid annual Snet Plus fee but account fell back to std
Hi,
My Scoobynet Plus account was due renewal end October, and for some reason the auto renew failed.
I did it manually a few days later and it worked.
BUT the account, weeks later still is std one.
Can someone in Snet membership check out and fix the account please?
