I upgraded my account to the Full membership (Blue) on 19/06/08, I realised I should of picked the other option (Orange member) and then upgraded the account again.

Both payments for £5 each went through on paypal One was at 17.46 the other at 17.55

My account hasn't been upgraded, I assume it's because They were so close to each other.

Can you please sort this out for me I sent a PM to webmaster on the 21st of june but nothing has happened

NO answer here or through PM's to Webmaster, I'll just reclaim the payment through paypal as no one wants to/or can be arsed to sort this out

 

Have you checked in your user CP, without looking I'm sure you have options as to what you are displayed as.

Just checked, it's only whats displayed under your username.

PPS. I've just noticed that your problem is probably different to other peoples.

You upgraded to "blue", twice. This does not top you up to orange, but simply gives you 20 years as blue, instead of 10.

Please confirm you've reclaimed your second £5, in which case, you're all set.

If you would like to upgrade to orange, please PM me in a couple of days once I've sorted the big problem of people's payment's not going through correctly and we'll try to work out the best way to sort that out.

I've already replied on the other thread regarding missing paypal payment, so just ignore my post on there and if you can upgrade me to orange when you have a moment that will be great
